The space is professionally cleaned before every booking. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition it was found. Cleaning and disinfectant flat fee $125. We include two (2) cleanings with your booking. 1-disinfecting will be scheduled prior to your meeting starting and 1-disinfecting will be scheduled after your meeting ends. • Please dispose of all trash in designated bins. • Food waste must be properly bagged and removed. • Furniture and equipment should be returned to their original placement. • No confetti, glitter, adhesives, or materials that are difficult to remove. Excessive mess, spills, damage, or misuse of the space may result in additional cleaning or repair fees, as permitted by Peerspace policy. If additional cleaning time is required beyond standard turnover, fees will be assessed through Peerspace after the booking.
