One compact location, multiple distinct looks — Nordic-inspired interiors, a lifestyle bedroom setup, workspace, deep soaking tub, oak-shaded deck, outdoor shower, and natural surroundings. Tucked beneath the oaks just outside Savannah, this intimate Nordic-inspired studio offers a warm, natural setting for photography, branding sessions, content creation and small creative productions. The approximately 12' x 20' interior was designed with Scandinavian simplicity and nature-connected living in mind, creating a clean, calming backdrop that photographs beautifully without feeling like a traditional commercial studio. The space offers several distinct settings within one booking, including a bright minimalist studio, queen Murphy bed, lounge area, workspace, kitchenette, deep soaking tub and European-inspired details. Large windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding trees. Step outside onto the private oak-shaded deck for an entirely different look. The outdoor area includes seating, a gas fire pit, outdoor shower and separate outdoor bathroom, offering additional opportunities for lifestyle, wellness and editorial imagery. This is a styled natural-light location rather than a traditional photography studio, so professional lighting, paper backdrops and studio production equipment are not provided. Photographers are welcome to bring their own equipment. Because this is an intimate space, it is best suited to smaller productions and crews. Natural Light The studio offers changing natural light throughout the day, allowing for several different moods and shooting styles. Morning: The large picture window provides the softest, most flattering natural light, making early mornings especially well suited for portraits, lifestyle photography, wellness content, and softer editorial looks. Afternoon: The smaller tilt-and-turn windows near the desk/workspace receive stronger afternoon light. Early Evening: Natural light gradually becomes softer and dimmer as the day transitions into evening. Window & Light Control Adjustable blinds are available on all windows as well as the glass door, giving photographers greater control over the amount of natural light entering the space. Electrical Access Standard electrical outlets are available throughout the studio for lighting, charging equipment, laptops, and other production needs. Furniture & Space Configuration The kitchen island may be repositioned within the studio during your booking. If you would like the kitchen island completely removed from the space, please let us know in advance so we can prepare for your shoot. The queen Murphy bed may be photographed open or closed, giving you two very different interior setups. Other small furnishings may be carefully repositioned and returned to their original locations after the shoot. Soaking Tub & Outdoor Shower The deep soaking tub and outdoor shower are available for photography and content creation by prior arrangement. If your concept requires a filled tub, let us know ahead of time. We can arrange to have the soaking tub filled in advance so your shooting time isn't spent waiting for it to fill. Changing & Prep Area The outdoor bathroom may be used as a private space for: Wardrobe changes Hair and makeup Storing personal items during the shoot If a larger changing and prep area is needed, please reach out to us. Parking & Load-In Ample on-site parking is available. Parking spaces 3, 4, 5, and 6 may be used by your crew. We simply ask that vehicles remain within the designated spaces and do not block access for guests staying in our neighboring vacation rental. Sound & Recording For shoots involving video, interviews, or recorded audio, weekday mornings generally offer the quietest conditions. Evenings and nighttime can also be especially peaceful. Because this is a real property rather than a soundstage, complete sound isolation cannot be guaranteed. Outdoor Access Photography bookings include access to the full adjoining deck, providing additional shooting areas beyond the studio interior. The deck offers a variety of backgrounds and moods, including warm wood architecture, oak-shaded surroundings, outdoor seating, the fire table, and outdoor shower. Crew Size The space is best suited to intimate productions and small creative teams. Maximum crew size: 10 people.
