The main floor flows from a parlor to an “UES Manhattan” living room, to a whimsical TV “Polo Room”, to a morning coffee room full of sunlight and stained glass, to a dining room straight out of Knives Out”. Plenty of area for your equipment and endless locations for the images. Beautiful outdoor space too, including secluded patio and unique courtyard with hundred-year-old cobblestone circular driveway in front of carriage house. The possibilities are endless.
