About Chicago Actors Studio
Our Fully Equipped Studio Theater in Chicago is a versatile, 1,700 sq ft creative hub designed for professional results. This space is ideal for theatrical rehearsals, film and photo shoots, casting calls, and intimate live performances. Whether you are hosting a table read, a dance rehearsal, or a full-scale video production, our studio provides the professional atmosphere your project deserves.
The Layout:
The heart of the space is a spacious, open-floor theater area with flexible seating and staging options. The layout allows for a clear distinction between the "stage" and the "house," or it can be opened up entirely for large-scale movement. Additionally, there are designated areas for talent to prep and a comfortable zone for crew or attendees to congregate.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. To ensure a safe and professional environment for all creators, our studio undergoes a rigorous cleaning and disinfection process between every booking in accordance with local health guidelines. We prioritize high-touch surfaces—including door handles, light switches, and shared equipment—using professional-grade disinfectants.
We intentionally space bookings apart to allow for deep cleaning and proper air circulation. For our guests' convenience and safety, we provide complimentary hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes throughout the space. Our goal is to provide a pristine, worry-free environment so you can focus entirely on your production.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
