About SubHerban Studio
Our space is excellent for private smaller birthday parties , ceremonies, dance classes , bookclubs or private reiki, sewing circles, massage or otherwise. We have a main lobby where your guests can get cozy or use our studio space for your main event.
**We do not rent our space to Pilates or Yoga instructors not currently on our roster or contracted with us privately.
Kitchen is a commercial kitchen (though is currently being renovated).

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
