Our bright, street-level downtown studio is a versatile space designed for workshops, meetings, and creative gatherings. With abundant natural light and a flexible open layout, it offers a clean, elevated backdrop for collaboration and connection. Ideal for: workshops, team meetings, client presentations (smart tv connection available) , networking events, content creation, branding photoshoots, pop-ups, and small business trainings. The open-concept main area can be arranged classroom-style, conference-style, or as an open workshop setup and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests (1 loveseat couch, 5 chairs, 6 high chairs, 8 folding chairs stored in the back area). Styled zones throughout the studio provide beautiful backdrops for presentations or content, and street-level access makes arrival and setup easy. The studio is thoroughly cleaned before each booking, including: - Surfaces, tables, and counters are disinfected - High-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and appliances are sanitized - Floors are swept and mopped - Bathroom and kitchenette are fully cleaned and stocked with essentials - Serving trays, utensils, and appliances are sanitized before each use Our goal is to provide a spotless, organized, and comfortable space so you can focus on your event, workshop, or creative session with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
