Every booking directly funds our two-story expansion vision and the community resources that grow alongside it: programming, mentorship, and access for the next generation of creatives, founders, and families on this corridor. Distinct sets in one footprint: • Indoor presentation storefront with exposed wood beams, skylights, and natural light — also functions as a retail pop-up frontage and connects directly into the Maker's Space with a dual entrance to the bar • Two-tier mural garden with custom hummingbird artwork on a custom-built concrete bar, string lights, banana trees, and an outdoor grill kitchen (stovetop, sink, mini-fridge) • Custom concrete service bar interior with sink and ice bins — a hero set on its own • Maker's Space with apparel customization equipment for product, lifestyle, and process content • Modular conference room (15 seats) that converts into a small performance set, plus a 6-person meeting room ideal for talent green rooms • Accordion doors at the back conference room that open onto the backyard for indoor/outdoor flow shots Built for production: • Two 90" screens for client video village or on-set monitors • DJ booth available for music video and content shoots • Wi-Fi, climate control, and full access to all rooms during your booked window • On-site venue manager included during load-in and throughout your shoot • Early call times available — load-in before standard booking hours can be arranged in advance • One reserved on-property parking spot for a production vehicle, plus street and rideshare access Included with every booking: on-site venue manager during load-in and throughout your shoot, Wi-Fi, climate control, and full access to all rooms during your booked window. Optional add-ons (available at checkout): AV / projection package, sound system package, additional production staffing, in-house chef (crew meals & craft), in-house bar concierge (coffee, fresh juice, full bar service when permitted), security staffing, content capture (photo/video), and outdoor bar activation. Sitting on Crenshaw Boulevard between two Metro K Line stations — Martin Luther King Jr Station to the north and Leimert Park Village Station to the south — making crew and talent transit unusually easy. By car you're roughly 10 minutes to Culver City studios, 15 minutes to LAX, 15–20 minutes to DTLA, and a straight shot to SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum, USC, and the Expo Park museum campus. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

General Pick-Up: - Remove all personal belongings and event materials - Pick up and dispose of all trash, food containers, and decorations - Wipe down tables and commonly used surfaces - Return furniture to its original placement - Remove all tape, signage, and temporary installations Trash & Disposal: - Collect all bagged trash from inside the space - Dispose of trash in the designated parking lot dumpster/bin - Break down and discard all boxes properly - Do not leave trash in hallways, restrooms, or outside the building Before You Leave: - Turn off lights and equipment used during your event - Ensure doors are fully closed and secured - Notify LDU staff once you’ve completed your walk-through

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
