We take cleanliness seriously at Medallion. After each event, our dedicated cleaning team thoroughly sanitizes and resets the entire space to ensure it’s spotless and guest-ready for the next booking. Our between-event cleaning includes: • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors • Wiping down and sanitizing all surfaces • Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms • Resetting chairs, tables, and décor as needed • Removing all trash and replacing liners • Ensuring bar and buffet areas are clean and organized We pride ourselves on providing a pristine environment for every guest — giving you confidence, convenience, and a worry-free experience for back-to-back bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
