About Kimmie Designs
This house was home to local artist, Kimmie Designs. It is now a uniquely curated space for creative thinking, small group staycations, elevated business meet ups, and whimsical backgrounds for branding photoshoots. The full house is available for use including three rooms with different ambiances, and an open concept living/dining/kitchen space. A dining table that holds 6 people, plus two barstools, and an L shaped living room couch for games, discussion, or hang outs. Additionally, there is a turfed backyard space with patio furniture and a corn-hole set. Two spaces can be utilized for podcast recording: the living room and the home office. Each provide seating and fun backdrops. The living room TV has an HDMI connection and can also be mirrored to your phone or computer screen. The house is equipped with all utilities and wifi. Every mural and piece of artwork in this home was hand-painted to create an immersive, design-forward experience. We hope you feel inspired, comfortable, and completely at home during your stay.

A cleaner comes between each stay to a full, deep cleaning, of bedsheet swap (laundered off site), towels laundered (on-site), disinfectant of all bathroom and kitchen surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping of full home.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
