Cleaning & Sanitation The home is professionally cleaned and maintained to a high standard. A licensed professional cleaning service is hired to thoroughly clean and sanitize the space before and after each booking. Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition at the end of their rental. All trash, production materials, equipment, and personal items must be removed upon wrap. Please note: • The cleaning fee covers standard post-booking cleaning • Excessive mess, spills, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning charges • Glitter, confetti, powders, or similar materials are not permitted We take cleanliness and presentation of the space very seriously to ensure every guest receives the home in excellent condition.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
