Versatile, Moody-Chic Creative Studio with Natural Light & Multiple Styled Sets Welcome to a spacious, street-level creative studio just steps from the historic Woodstock Square. This open-concept space blends warmth, drama, and flexibility—designed for photographers, filmmakers, workshop hosts, and creatives who want options without needing to change locations. This can be an intimate event, workout class, mingles, meetings and seminars. The studio features rich wood flooring, abundant natural light that pours in during the day, and multiple styled areas that allow you to shoot a variety of looks in one session. OR use it as great ambiance for an event. The center of the studio offers a wide-open floor plan—ideal for workshops, movement classes, small events, styled shoots, content creation days, and intimate gatherings. The space easily accommodates yoga mats, small group setups, or production equipment.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Process The studio is cleaned and reset between each booking. High-touch surfaces, mirrors, and commonly used areas are disinfected. Floors are swept and spot-cleaned as needed. All furniture and styled sets are returned to their original placement to ensure the space feels fresh and ready for each guest.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
