This Texas Hill Country recording studio and hybrid production space is built for serious music projects, cinematic video production, and fully produced live events. Designed as a broadcast-ready creative environment, the facility combines world-class acoustics with multi-camera livestream capabilities and flexible indoor/outdoor event options. The main live room (1,500 sq ft) features high ceilings and professional acoustic treatment, ideal for full-band recording, live-to-vinyl sessions, rehearsals, music videos, and filmed performances. Two isolated control rooms support simultaneous audio and video production workflows, including up to 12 cameras routed through a professional broadcast switcher. The space includes: • 1,500 sq ft live room • Dual 300 sq ft control rooms (audio + video isolation) • 600 sq ft green room • 1,250 sq ft patio bar • 1,600 sq ft outdoor tent • Kitchen access Lighting is a hybrid concert + studio rig suitable for both live audience events and cinematic shoots. Staging is modular and customizable. Three-phase power and optional RV power are available for larger productions. Aesthetic: modern studio meets funky Hill Country lodge. Natural light available or fully controlled blackout environment. Located in a quiet, private setting near Lake Travis and Volente Beach Resort. Late-night sessions are possible with doors closed. Outdoor backdrop features Hill Country views and quick access to boating or lake activities. We maintain professional cleanliness standards consistent with a working production facility. • All high-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, counters, restroom fixtures, shared equipment surfaces) are disinfected between bookings • Restrooms and kitchen areas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each session • Trash is removed after every booking • Floors are swept and reset between events • Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility • HVAC system supports strong air circulation • Outdoor patio and tent areas are available for open-air use when desired Production equipment is handled by trained staff unless otherwise approved to maintain safety and equipment integrity. Guests are expected to follow all applicable local health guidelines at the time of their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
