The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area can be used for food styling, small catered events, or casual dining during meetings or productions. One of the most unique features of the home is the sunroom, which offers beautiful natural light throughout the day. This space works especially well for photoshoots, filming, creative work sessions, or relaxed conversations. The primary suite includes a king bed and a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and Juliette soaking tub, which can serve as an elegant backdrop for lifestyle photography or filming. Outdoor spaces include a private patio with seating, a hot tub, and a fire pit area overlooking a peaceful pond. These areas provide a scenic and relaxed environment for content creation, small gatherings, or outdoor conversations. Amenities include high-speed WiFi, multiple Smart TVs, and several thoughtfully designed spaces that allow guests to work, create, or gather comfortably. Parking is available for one vehicle under the covered carport and up to two additional vehicles in the driveway. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
