Welcome to our 1926 Spanish home in Los Angeles — a bright, character-filled space ideal for photo shoots, workshops, interviews and small creative productions. Our space features several rooms with white oak hardwood floors, cream-colored walls, artistic details and abundant natural light throughout the day. Available spaces include a kitchen, parlor, bathroom, and two large open living spaces that can easily be styled or used as flexible production areas. Because the large areas are minimally furnished, crews have plenty of space to move equipment, stage sets, or create multiple shooting angles. All are located on the ground floor, easily accessible through the front door. The upstairs of the home is private and not part of the rental. The space is best suited for small, professional productions looking for a quiet, flexible location with classic Los Angeles Spanish architectural character.
