The space works particularly well for private parties, workshops, seminars, networking events, baby showers, birthday celebrations, photo shoots, filming, pop ups, and small performances. The layout is open plan, allowing the room to be adapted to suit different types of events. It can be arranged with theatre style seating for talks and presentations, tables and chairs for workshops or dining, or kept open for standing receptions, parties, and creative use. The flexible layout makes it easy to transform the space depending on the atmosphere or format you want to create. The studio has a clean, contemporary aesthetic with plenty of natural light during the day, making it ideal for photography, filming, and daytime events. In the evening it works well as an intimate event space with a relaxed and social atmosphere. Amenities include seating and tables that can be arranged to suit your event, presentation facilities for talks or seminars, and an adaptable open floor area that can be used for performances, dancing, or exhibitions. The space is designed to be practical, easy to set up, and suitable for both professional and social gatherings. The venue is particularly popular for events of around 20 to 60 guests, depending on the layout and style of event.

The space is cleaned and checked before each booking to ensure it is ready for guests to use. High touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and shared equipment are wiped down between events. The floors and main areas of the studio are also cleaned before each hire. Guests are expected to leave the space in a tidy condition at the end of their booking. This includes placing bottles, food waste, and decorations in the bins provided and removing any items they have brought with them. Additional time is scheduled between bookings whenever possible to allow for cleaning and preparation of the space before the next event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
