The venue works well for content production/creation, photoshoots, video production, brand activations, networking mixers, private events, live performances, pop-up experiences, and ticketed community events. Entrepreneurs, creators, and event hosts can easily transform the space to match their vision. The layout includes a large open main floor that can be arranged for seated events, standing receptions, panel discussions, live recordings, or performance setups. This central area is ideal for content production, stage presentations, small concerts, networking events, or brand launches. The open format allows hosts to customize the room with tables, seating, lighting setups, or production equipment depending on the needs of the event. In addition to the main event area, the space features multiple smaller rooms and private sections that can be used for breakout sessions, podcast recordings, interviews, VIP lounges, or dressing rooms for talent and speakers. Health and Safety Measures

Our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the venue before and after every booking to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces, seating areas, restrooms, and shared equipment are disinfected as part of our standard cleaning routine. Guests are asked to remove personal items, decorations, and trash at the end of their booking and return furniture to its original layout. Additional cleaning services can be arranged in advance for larger events or productions. This process helps maintain a clean, professional space for every event and production hosted at the venue.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
