Our multi-use industrial loft warehouse is currently shared by two small businesses and a photographer/musician. We open the space for events, pop-ups, gallery exhibitions, content production, workshops, and intimate gatherings.
The space has an industrial loft feel with high ceilings, open layout, and easy load-in access. This space works especially well for photo shoots, video productions with small film crews, content production, art installations, retail pop-ups, interviews, and creative events.
LAYOUT
> 500 sq ft flexible warehouse / gallery area with high ceilings
> 100 sq ft storefront / display space with front floor-to-ceiling glass and lighting
> Open layout that can be decorated, subdivided, or configured depending on the event
> Ability to anchor decor or lighting from ceiling if needed
The space works well as a versatile creative environment, without the feel of a corporate venue.
