The space includes two separate rooms that can be booked individually or together depending on your needs. • Lobby / Common Area (400 sq ft) – Available for networking, waiting area, pop-ups, or small gatherings. • Private Meeting Room (200 sq ft) – Ideal for meetings, workshops, trainings, and small classes. Each space can be rented separately, allowing guests to choose the area that best fits their event or meeting. Guests may also book both spaces together for a larger setup that includes a check-in/networking area and a private meeting room. This flexible setup works well for business meetings, training sessions, workshops, pop-up events, and professional gatherings.

The space is cleaned and prepared before each booking to ensure a clean and professional environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and common areas are wiped down and sanitized regularly. The meeting room and lobby/common area are inspected between bookings to maintain cleanliness and organization. Trash is removed and surfaces are reset to ensure the space is ready for the next guest. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and leave the space in the same condition it was found at the end of their booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
