The home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before each booking to ensure a beautiful and comfortable environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas are carefully cleaned and sanitized. Our goal is to maintain the home’s organic modern design and pristine condition so that every guest arrives to a clean, welcoming space that is ready for filming, photoshoots, or gatherings. Guests are asked to treat the space with care and leave it in the same condition it was found. Basic cleanup such as removing trash, wiping up spills, and returning furniture or decor to its original placement is appreciated.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
