Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-kept space for every guest. • The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between each booking • High-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, door handles, etc.) are sanitized regularly • Restrooms are cleaned, stocked, and checked prior to each event • Trash is removed and fresh liners are provided for every booking • Floors are swept and maintained to ensure a polished presentation We schedule time between bookings to allow for proper cleaning and preparation so each guest walks into a space that feels fresh, intentional, and ready to host.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
