Before every booking, our team performs a "top-to-bottom" sweep. This includes vacuuming high-traffic rug areas, mopping polished floors, and dusting "hero" furniture pieces so they are ready for close-ups. We use hospital-grade, eco-friendly cleaners on all major touchpoints, including our vintage checkout counters, door handles, restroom fixtures, and communal seating. We provide heavy-duty bins for your production. For an additional fee, we can handle the off-site removal of large-scale production waste (cardboard, catering debris, etc.).
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
