Health and Safety Measures
The studio is thoroughly cleaned and reset between every booking to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment for each guest. High-touch surfaces—including doorknobs, light switches, equipment handles, mirrors, and work areas—are disinfected after every session. Floors are swept and cleaned regularly, and all common areas (including the bathroom, makeup space, and studio surfaces) are sanitized and restocked as needed. Backdrops, equipment, and props are inspected and maintained to ensure they are clean and ready for use. Any rented gear is checked before and after each booking for quality and cleanliness. We also allow time between bookings to properly air out and reset the space, especially after larger productions. Because this is both a creative studio and a curated environment, we ask all guests to treat the space with care and leave it in good condition for the next artist.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
