Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Every booking receives a freshly cleaned space. Prior to each booking we professionally clean and prepare the entire property. Trash is removed, surfaces are wiped down, the lawn is maintained, and the space is reset to its original condition. We take pride in maintaining a spotless environment so you can focus entirely on your event. What we do before every booking: Full sweep, mop and vacuum of indoor areas Outdoor deck and backyard cleared and reset Trash bins emptied with fresh liners Restrooms cleaned and restocked Hand soap supplied What we ask of guests: Leave the space in the same condition you found it Bag and consolidate trash before leaving Remove all items, decorations and rentals by end of booking time
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
