Our Cleaning Process - A licensed professional cleaner is hired. We maintain hotel‑level cleanliness before every booking. The venue is fully cleaned and sanitized, including floors, surfaces, bar area, restrooms, and high‑touch points. All décor is reset, furniture is inspected, and the space is prepared to luxury standards so every guest arrives to a fresh, immaculate environment.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
