Lakefront cottage on Lake Wylie with a dock facing the sunset, and a beautiful back screened-in-porch to enjoy the golden hours! The cottage sits on a point with 180 degrees of waterfront views! The cottage is newly built in 2019. The home features an open floorpan on the main level with a beautiful kitchen and large great room that looks out to the lake. The natural light available in any room in this home is amazing. The master bathroom features an oversized clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. The window next to the clawfoot tub allows for lake views in the background of the photos as well. *** We have outdoor security cameras we monitor remotely. Enjoy our beach, dock and 180 degrees of shoreline for your photoshoot! We are new to Peerspace but not new to renting our house for photoshoots. We have had corporate photoshoots here for everything from footwear company And1, to baby products, and rug and furniture companies. We also rent luxury pontoon boats throughout the summer. Ask upon booking about our available pontoons during your shoot.

Cancellation Policy
