Studio 36 is a 1,400 sq. ft. professional production studio with 16' ceilings, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms — ideal for photo shoots, video production, product photography, interviews, and content creation. The open layout offers a clean, flexible environment for photographers, videographers, brands, and small businesses. Included with every booking: a paper seamless backdrop and softbox lights at no extra charge. Full power light kits, audio kits, RED camera packages, and LED virtual studio panels are available to rent. Need more space or amenities? A conference room, lobby with 75" TV (perfect for video village or on-site editing), and dedicated editing offices are available for an additional fee — bringing the total rentable footprint to 2,250 sq. ft. For large-scale productions, adjacent warehouse space up to 15,000 sq. ft. is also available upon request. Conveniently located just off Highway 23 in the Whitmore Lake area with easy access from Brighton, Ann Arbor, and greater Southeast Michigan.
