As you walk past the well manicured Mediterranean front yard you will see a long, paved driveway that perfect for greeting guests. You and your guests will access the property from the driveway entrance. Once you enter the gate a beautiful garden greets you. The space is anchored by mature trees and privacy hedges and features a lush lawn, deck/stage, and pond with waterfall. Perfect for intimate weddings and celebrations, like prom send offs, graduations and birthday parties. A stage-styled deck centers the garden space and is equipped with electricity for audio visual equipment. The waterfall and pond provide soft sounds that offer a tranquil escape from the sounds of city life. The concrete space adjacent to the grass area allows for food stations, Photo Booth and dancing. Perfect space for gathering up to 60 people. PLEASE NOTE: The basic booking with no add-ons get guests access to the outdoor space, outdoor kitchen and the basement office and bathroom. The following rooms are NOT included in the basic booking and can be requested separately as add-ins at check out: - Kitchen and Dining Room (allows for cooking and cookware) well appointed chef's kitchen that features commercial style appliances, marble countertops and light gray cabinets. It’s an amazing space to cook and stage meals. - Family Room opens onto the garden and allows access to a 2nd bathroom Rules: 1. Lower music volume at 10pm 2. Basic booking includes garden and basement only 3. No decorations added to any walls or garage door 4. No oil or silicone based spray allowed in driveway 5. Parties over 60 guests must consult with host for custom pricing before booking
