Our flexible layout makes event flow effortless, allowing you to configure the space however you dream. Jumper for a kid’s party? Altar for a wedding? Cozy area for a movie screening? Yes, yes, and yes! All of that and more can be accommodated while still having plenty of space for seating. Ideal for mid-size parties, intimate gatherings, and brand activations. Another great feature of our space? There is easy, ample street parking for all your guests! With private access to the backyard. We want to contain parties to the backyard and side yard and keep the front yard clear to avoid guests spilling into our neighbor's lawn. **NOTE: We have removed our mural and have repainted the wall white. Please keep in mind, you’ll have to include setup and clean up time in your booking window. Party rental drop offs MAY be accommodated the evening before if we do not have a booking. If your rentals need to stay overnight after your event for next morning pick up, we will charge a $100 overnight fee. Before booking, you’re welcome to request a tour of the space to ensure it’s the perfect fit for you.
