The space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before each booking, including all high-touch surfaces, seating areas, and the entire outdoor space. After every event, the property undergoes a detailed cleaning process to maintain a high standard for future guests. We also allow sufficient time between bookings to ensure everything is properly reset and ready. We ask all guests to help maintain the space by disposing of trash in designated areas and leaving the property in respectful condition at the end of their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
