There is a refrigerator and a microwave that are open for use, but NO oven or dinning table for dinner parties. The space has good, adjustable lighting, custom furniture, and artistic flare. There are multiple planted aquariums, a library, a small green house, one bathroom, and lots of work tables on wheels ,making the space very modular. There is a roof with a modest garden and a large table, seating, and tanning chairs. There have been parties in the loft and on the roof, as well as small concerts inside and on the roof. There are also two friendly cats that live here, so those with allergies should come prepared.
