Welcome to a premier industrial-modern sanctuary located in the heart of Chicago’s historic Pilsen neighborhood. Originally a manufacturing facility, this ~3,000-square-foot venue has been meticulously reimagined as a sophisticated cocktail production house and event gallery. With its 36-foot soaring ceilings, original exposed brick, and massive skylights that flood the room with natural light, the space offers a "blank canvas" aesthetic with high-end, built-in finishes.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. I want you to look back at these photos for years to come and immediately think back to how much fun you had - not how stressed you were. Pre-Event Sanitation
High-Touch Surfaces: All frequently touched surfaces—including the feature bar, door handles, light switches, and restroom fixtures—are sanitized using EPA-approved disinfectants.
Floor Care: Our polished concrete floors are industrially swept and mopped to ensure a dust-free environment, which is especially critical for photo and video shoots.
Restroom Deep Clean: Restrooms are fully stocked and deep-cleaned, with all surfaces disinfected and mirrors polished.
Kitchen & Prep Area Standards
Degreasing & Sanitizing: All stainless steel surfaces and prep tables in the kitchen are cleaned with food-safe degreasers and sanitizers.
Appliance Check: We inspect and wipe down all kitchen equipment to ensure it is ready for your catering team’s immediate use.
Air Quality & Atmosphere
Ventilation: Our high-volume HVAC system ensures constant air turnover. Given our 36-foot ceilings, the cubic footage of air in the space is significantly higher than standard venues, promoting better natural ventilation.
Skylight Maintenance: We perform regular maintenance on our overhead glass to ensure the natural light remains unobstructed by dust or debris.
Post-Event Procedures
Removal of Waste: All trash and recycling are removed from the premises immediately following an event.
Furniture Reset: In-house lounge furniture is inspected and spot-cleaned to maintain its "like-new" condition for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
