Room 7 is a compact private studio located in a creative arts complex near Addison in Dallas, TX, part of a facility that has been serving the Dallas/Fort Worth creative community for over 10 years.
The room features floor-to-ceiling mirrors, hardwood floors, windows with natural light, a floor fan, and a Bluetooth/Aux sound system, designed for solo sessions and
one-on-one bookings.
This is our most affordable room, perfect for private lessons, solo rehearsals,
individual fitness training, headshot sessions and one-on-one coaching.

Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is professionally cleaned 4 times per week to ensure all rooms are well-maintained and ready for use.
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it. This means removing any personal belongings, disposing of trash, and leaving the room tidy before checking out.
No deep cleaning is required, just common courtesy to keep the space enjoyable for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
