Venue is built with a private bathroom and is fully private since it can not be seen from main residence. No security cameras inside the hired space. Up to 50 seated arrangement can be set up for events. Chairs and tables are stored on site for quick set up.

Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
