Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Process We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-prepared space for every event. The Sunshine Ballroom is thoroughly cleaned and reset before each booking to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment. Before Your Event: • All tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized • Floors are swept and mopped • Restrooms are fully cleaned, stocked, and checked prior to arrival • Trash is removed and all areas are reset for your event layout After Your Event: • Our team handles full breakdown and cleaning of the space • Trash is removed and disposed of properly • Floors and surfaces are cleaned and restored for the next booking We ask that guests remove all personal items and decorations at the end of their rental time and place trash in designated bins to help us maintain quick and efficient turnovers. Our goal is to provide a consistently clean, comfortable, and stress-free environment so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
