Client is responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as found at the start of the rental. All personal equipment, props, set pieces, and materials must be removed by end of booked time. Trash must be bagged and taken outside to the dumpster; if the dumpster is full, bugs must be placed on the floor directly next to it and the studio must be notified immediately so the staff can arrange removal. Excessive cleaning, cyclorama repainting, or restoration required after a shoot will be billed to Client. Overtime charges apply for any load-out that extends beyond the book rental period at the published OT rate.
