This space functions as a skate shop, creative venue, and cultural hub. It’s best suited for brand activations, photo and video shoots, pop-ups, private events, and live performances. The layout is flexible and built across three main areas. The front retail floor is open and clean, with product displays and natural light that works well for content capture or smaller gatherings. Toward the back, the space opens into an outdoor area that can be used for events, installations, or overflow. Above that, the rooftop offers an additional layer that’s been used for DJ sets, live music, and social events. The overall feel is raw but curated. Concrete, wood, and natural wear from daily use give it an authentic backdrop that doesn’t require heavy production.
