CHRISTMAS PARTY PLANS MADE ELEGANTLY EASY Gather together in the warmth and charm of Bellewood, our beautifully decorated home in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. Celebrate with friends, family, your book club, or your small business team in a festive setting ready for your gathering. CHRISTMAS GATHERING PACKAGES The Christmas Social — $225 Up to 10 guests • 2 hours A Very Bellewood Christmas — $375 11–20 guests • 3 hours The Grand Christmas Gathering — $525 21–30 guests • 3 hours All packages include private use of designated Bellewood gathering spaces, our existing Christmas decorations, and access to the kitchen for food setup. The rental does not include unrestricted access to the whole house. Add an additional hour for $100, subject to availability. Setup, breakdown, and cleanup must fit within your reserved rental time. FOOD YOUR WAY Bring Your Own Food — Included Guests may bring their own food, beverages, and serving supplies, subject to our house rules. You handle the setup and cleanup. Alcohol requires prior approval under our house rules. Bellewood Catering Coordination — Add $50 Choose a menu from an approved local caterer, such as Copper Penny. We coordinate the order and delivery. The catering cost is additional and charged at cost; it is not included in the $50 coordination fee. Food is dropped off ready for self-service. Staffed food or beverage service is not included. Catering is subject to the caterer's availability. BOOKING YOUR CHRISTMAS GATHERING Limited dates are available in November and December. Please message us through Peerspace with your preferred date, total guest count, package choice, and whether you would like catering coordination. Confirm seasonal decor availability for your intended date. These are fixed venue-package prices for the listed guest counts and durations. Please inquire before submitting a booking request so we can send a customized Peerspace offer for your package and any approved extras. Applicable Peerspace guest fees and taxes are additional and shown at checkout. All booking and payment arrangements remain on Peerspace. All gatherings are by request and require host approval. Bookable hours are 9 AM–8 PM, subject to calendar availability. Please respect the reserved start and end times. CARE FOR THE HOUSE Children must be supervised. Furniture and decorations may not be moved without prior approval. No glitter, confetti, or open flames. Only designated rooms are included; if a door is closed, please do not open it or enter. Please review the full house rules before booking. PARKING Parking is available behind the house, and the driveway circles to both entrances. Additional approved overflow parking is available directly across the street in the hospital overflow lot. Go through the traffic light and immediately turn right into the lot. Please take care when crossing the street.
