Our warm, modern photo/video studio is designed for budget-friendly fashion photography, boudoir sessions, content creation, portraits, and fine art photography. The space blends clean studio functionality with a cozy, editorial aesthetic, making it easy to create a wide variety of looks within a single rental. The studio features a 110" seamless paper backdrop system with three backdrop options available: white, fashion grey, and green screen. Multiple large windows provide beautiful natural light throughout the day, while opaque window shades allow you to control brightness and create a more private shooting environment when needed. The space is styled in neutral earth tones with thoughtfully selected furniture and décor that photograph beautifully on camera. Available seating and posing furniture includes: • Tan sectional sofa • White leatherette S-shaped sofa with maple wood accents • Tan plush ottoman • Black and white folding chairs • Black stool Soft LED candles and cozy furnishings help create an inviting atmosphere ideal for intimate shoots, lifestyle content, and artistic projects. For client comfort and convenience, the studio also includes: • A small kitchenette area with a mini fridge • A large granite vanity with a lit mirror for makeup and styling prep • A clothing rack for hanging outfits and organizing wardrobe changes during your shoot Please note: renters are expected to provide their own lighting equipment for flash photography or advanced studio lighting setups.
