The Menier Coco Room is the perfect room for meetings, interviews, talking heads filming and small corporate away days. Situated in a former chocolate factory, this meeting room features brickwork with industrial beams and columns. The meeting room table seats up to 20 people or up to 30 in theatrical style, with a 75" Smart TV Screen and video conferencing kit available for your use. There are toilets and a small kitchenette that you are welcome to use. Access via stairs only, one flight of stairs. Wifi info is listed at the venue. Additional: Teas & Coffee / Catering Air-con & heating available We take a refundable damage deposit £250 (no VAT) prior to the hire for every booking. It will be fully refunded after the hire if no damage was made or any overrun. Available on weekdays only (except Bank Holidays), access time is the same as hire time. Early or late access could be considered upon request.
