Our spacious main event hall comfortably accommodates 240–280 guests, making it ideal for both intimate occasions and large-scale events. The hall also comes equipped with an audio system, ensuring clear sound for speeches, presentations, music, and entertainment. In addition to the main venue, guests have access to multiple breakout computer rooms that comfortably seat 12–15 attendees each, making them perfect for workshops, training sessions, board meetings, breakout discussions, and educational programs. The venue also features a fully equipped commercial kitchen and an inviting cafe that comfortably seats 40–60 guests, making food preparation, catering, and guest hospitality simple and convenient. Whether you're bringing in your own caterer or preparing meals on-site, the space is designed to support events of every size. Technology is built into the experience with 80-inch presentation displays and four monitor connections, allowing presenters, educators, businesses, and organizations to deliver seamless meetings, conferences, and multimedia presentations. All event spaces including the main event hall, conference rooms, computer labs, café, commercial kitchen, counseling rooms, restrooms, and common areas are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before and after each reservation. High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, countertops, door handles, light switches, presentation equipment, and shared amenities are routinely disinfected to maintain a welcoming environment. Our staff regularly monitors the facility throughout the day to ensure restrooms remain stocked, common areas stay clean, and trash is removed promptly. We take pride in maintaining a venue that reflects professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality from the moment guests arrive until the conclusion of their event. The safety and security of our guests are also a priority. The property is equipped with 24-hour security camera monitoring in common and exterior areas, and our team is available to assist with questions, directions, or venue needs during your reservation. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
