Access to service equipment and food-preparation areas requires prior authorization. Flexible Filming Arrangements Private access and filming outside normal business hours may be available upon request, subject to scheduling and production requirements. Commercial & Specialized Productions — Starting at $200/hour Productions requiring exclusive use of the café, specialized equipment, theatrical effects, significant furniture rearrangement, or additional setup and restoration may require custom pricing. A two-hour minimum applies to specialized productions. Rates are determined based on the scope of production, number of participants, equipment requirements, scheduling, and preparation involved. All custom pricing and requirements will be discussed and agreed upon through Peerspace before booking confirmation. Production Guidelines To maintain the quality and condition of our space, we ask all production teams to observe the following: * All cast and crew members must be included in the guest count. * Setup, filming, breakdown, and cleanup must take place within the reserved booking period. * Furniture and décor may only be moved with prior approval and must be returned to their original locations. * Specialized props, theatrical effects, set alterations, and materials requiring additional cleanup must receive prior written approval. * Protective coverings may be required for certain production activities. * No permanent alterations to the space are permitted. * Access to food-preparation areas, service equipment, and storage spaces is restricted unless specifically approved. * Productions must leave the café in its original condition. * Appropriate production liability insurance may be required depending on the nature of the project. * Use of Aché branding, logos, and signage must be approved in advance. * Any additional production-related requirements or charges will be disclosed before booking confirmation.
