Welcome to our cozy townhouse in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn - cozily situated two blocks from Prospect Park. Our spacious and versatile studio space is ideal for photo/video shoots, meetings, podcasts, recording sessions, small-scale events/gatherings like baby showers etc... and more! Standout features of our space include an 8-foot stage, two large living rooms, a spacious dining room, our kitchen (available to you) - plus many boutique vintage pianos/keyboards/assorted musical instruments, and a sizable arsenal of lighting and audio/visual production gear. In our photos you'll see many other unique quirks and features not to be found anywhere else (and you'll also notice we like owls). Your rental includes the entire first floor of the apartment. Access to our private roof garden may be added on for an additional fee. The second floor consists of bedrooms and our production company's offices and recording studio, which are not available as part of the rental except in rare cases. Our beautiful and eccentric staircases *are* included and available to our photo/video clients, however. A tenant of this space is a professional musician and audio engineer, which often proves invaluable to our clients.
