The venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces, bar areas, seating, restrooms, and shared spaces. Our cleaning process includes: Sanitizing tables, countertops, seating, and frequently touched surfaces Deep cleaning and disinfecting restrooms between events Sweeping, mopping, and trash removal after every booking Bar area sanitation and surface disinfecting Freshly cleaned lounge areas and seating arrangements Restocking essential supplies before each event We ask all guests to help maintain the space during their event by disposing of trash properly and respecting the venue. Cleanup expectations for decorations, catering items, and personal belongings will be discussed prior to your booking to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
