This is a 40' by 20' former industrial loft, with 14' ceilings and abundant natural light. It features plenty of power, a flexible floorplan and full furnishings. It's been used for film shoots of all kinds, including narrative, documentary, interview, musicals and more. I host a monthly Cocktail & Cinema Club, and other parties and events here. It's a perfect space for shooting and entertaining. The cats of the maison: I have two small cats that stay in the apartment. One has a single eye'; the other, only her third. Nine times out of ten they hide for the whole shoot. I can also put them in the guest bathroom for the duration, no prob. I mention more for allergies or aversions. (Feel free to cast them.)
