Brehm's Return is a quintessential neighborhood bar. Located in the historical and emerging neighborhood of Troy Hill, the space has been thoughtfully renovated to provide an authentic (but "elevated") dive bar experience. Our bar overlooks the Pittsburgh skyline, Allegheny River, and Sixteenth Street Bridge and is just a 5-minute drive from downtown, major attractions, and the Strip District. Our bar is a fun, quirky, authentic spot for your event.
Quirky finds and artwork adorn the walls of the space, including a Brehm’s sign made from old drink tokens, the original artwork by Pittsburgh’s own William “Butchie” Elias George (known by George Romero fans for his roles as a biker in Dawn of the Dead and Night of the Living Dead (1990)), tables crafted from salvaged wood from the Wilkinsburg neighborhood, an original “Rialto Theatre” cinema light box.
The space includes a lounge area with booths and tables, a full bar with stools, and a pool room. Tables can be reconfigured in the lounge area as needed to create performance / dance space. The space also has a commercial kitchen and can provide catering as needed for events.
