Located in the heart of the Lower East Side, we are an immersive art and cocktail venue built for gatherings that go beyond the ordinary. Designed as a living gallery, every inch of the space is crafted to inspire connection, play, and discovery—making it a one-of-a-kind setting for life celebrations, brand activations, corporate gatherings, photo shoots and any private event. With a total capacity of 250, the venue offers multiple rooms that can be customized to fit your vision. The Dining Room sets the scene for elegant seated dinners or lively receptions; The Lounge transforms into a private club atmosphere with its own bar, DJ booth, and A/V setup; and The Courtyard, a hidden garden oasis with a fire pit and light installations, provides a magical backdrop for evening events. Connecting it all is The Gallery, home to rotating art installations and interactive works that give guests an unforgettable, shareable experience. From intimate gatherings to full-scale takeovers, we blend high design with a playful spirit. Our in-house team can assist with curated food and beverage packages, custom music programming, and art-driven activations to bring your event to life. Whether you’re hosting a cocktail reception, launch party, or creative collaboration, we offer a venue that’s as dynamic and original as your guests. The venue is thoroughly sanitized on a daily basis up to standards for a restaurant establishment per Department of Health regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
