About the Space

From the moment you step onto this property, it reads like a modern California compound designed with production in mind. The architecture is low-slung and linear, wrapped in expansive glass panels that dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior. Nearly every major room opens directly to the backyard through full-height sliding glass doors, creating long, uninterrupted sightlines from the front living areas straight out to the lawn, pool, and rolling hills beyond — a huge asset for camera movement and depth-driven compositions. Inside, the palette is clean and production-friendly: crisp white walls, soft neutral furnishings, dark wood and charcoal-toned flooring that grounds the space, and built-in shelving that adds layered texture without visual clutter. The main living room features floor-to-ceiling glass along one wall, allowing natural light to pour in from the backyard side throughout the day. Light feels balanced and diffused, especially with the surrounding greenery acting as a natural bounce. In the evenings, the interior lighting is recessed and evenly distributed, giving you full control for moody setups or clean commercial looks. The dining area sits centrally with generous clearance around the table — ideal for 360-degree shooting or multi-cam interviews. The kitchen offers a bright, editorial-ready backdrop: white cabinetry, light countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island that functions beautifully for cooking content, product shoots, or conversational scenes. There’s enough negative space to style it up or down depending on the brand tone. Bedrooms continue the neutral, camera-ready aesthetic — spacious, minimal, and easy to transform. The primary suite includes large windows and soft textures, while bathrooms lean spa-like with glass-enclosed showers, soaking tubs, pale tile, and clean-lined vanities. One bath features a freestanding tub against a luminous backdrop, and another includes glass block details that create beautiful diffused light moments on camera. There’s also a sauna with rich wood paneling — a standout visual that adds warmth and contrast to the otherwise modern white interior. Logistically, the single-story layout makes gear movement simple. Wide doorways, direct yard access, and open-plan common areas allow for smooth equipment flow. The driveway and garage area appear production-friendly for staging and load-in. The backyard is expansive and flat — rare and incredibly valuable — offering ample space for basecamp, catering, tenting, or large crew setups without crowding the frame. Outdoors is where this location truly expands its range. The pool is a clean-lined, modern rectangle with integrated spa, framed by slate-toned hardscape and a manicured lawn. There’s a hammock lounge moment, patio heaters for evening comfort, and multiple seating zones that photograph distinctly — from resort-style relaxation to upscale backyard gathering. The surrounding hills create a secluded, cinematic backdrop with no visible neighboring structures in key angles, which is a major win for sound and privacy control. As an event venue, this property transitions effortlessly. The indoor-outdoor flow allows guests to circulate naturally from living room to lawn to pool terrace. The flat grass area can host seated dinners, brand activations, wellness events, networking mixers, or intimate celebrations. The patio and pool deck feel elevated yet relaxed — ideal for cocktail-style gatherings. The glass walls mean events here glow at night, with interior lighting turning the home into a luminous backdrop. This is the kind of space that can double for a luxury retreat, a modern family home, a boutique resort, or a private wellness compound — all without heavy production design.
