Open layout, offers three floors of space with different atmosphere including finished basement with windows to water views. Two gas fireplaces, well kept 1920's home with updated skylights and sun room. CBS filmed a segment for 48 hours here and it worked well. Also music video filmed here in backyard and also worked very well. Nice professional owners. Large backyard with waterview.
