Whether you're capturing memories, creating content for your business, or celebrating a special milestone, we hope you enjoy your time in our studio. Please read this guide in its entirety before your scheduled reservation. Studio Location The Charming Haven 5505 S Fort Hood St Killeen, TX 76549 If you have any questions before your session, please contact us. Studio Hours Studio rentals are available during posted booking hours. If you are interested in booking outside of normal availability, please contact us before scheduling. Additional fees may apply. Pricing Studio Rental $40 per hour Your rental includes: ● Private access to the content studio ● Current furniture and décor ● Natural lighting ● Wi-Fi ● Climate controlled space ● Restroom access ● Dressing Room Acess You are welcome to bring your own photographer, camera equipment, lighting, props, and accessories. Add-On Services Additional services may be available upon request. ● After-hours booking: +$20 per hour ● Custom backdrop setup: Starting at $25 ● Additional cleaning fee (confetti, glitter, excessive mess): $25 Additional services must be arranged before your reservation. Booking Policy A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Reservations are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. Please arrive on time. Your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled times regardless of arrival time. Cancellation & Rescheduling ● Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation. ● Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. ● No-shows forfeit the reservation fee. Arrival Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation. At the conclusion of your session, all guests must exit promptly so the studio can be prepared for the next reservation. What to Bring You are welcome to bring: ● Photographer ● Camera ● Tripod ● Lighting ● Props ● Outfit changes ● Product displays ● Small décor items Photography & Content You are welcome to use the space for: ● Branding sessions ● Product photography ● Family photos ● Maternity ● Graduation ● Engagement ● Social media content ● Small business marketing ● Headshots ● Lifestyle photography Commercial productions or large-scale events must receive prior approval. Respect Our Time Please help us stay on schedule for all guests. Your reservation includes setup, photography, outfit changes, cleanup, and packing. If you require additional time, it must be approved based on availability and will be billed at the current hourly rate. Before You Leave Before leaving, please: ● Return furniture to its original location. ● Remove all personal belongings. ● Throw away trash. ● Turn off any personal equipment. ● Ensure the space is left in the same condition it was found.
