What We Do Before Your Arrival:
Sanitization of High-Touch Surfaces: All major touchpoints—including the 12-person boardroom table, conference chairs, kitchen countertops, appliance handles, light switches, and TV remotes—are thoroughly disinfected with commercial-grade, non-toxic cleaners.
Floor Care: The modern laminate flooring throughout the main open space, private meeting room, and kitchen is freshly swept and damp-mopped.
Tech & Media Refresh: The 100-inch main display, secondary TV, and glass whiteboards are wiped down with anti-streak, specialized electronic cleaners so they are crystal clear for your presentations.
Restroom Deep Clean: The dedicated restroom facility is fully sanitized, scrubbed, and restocked with fresh hand towels, soap, and paper products.
Host vs. Guest Expectations:
Our Responsibility: We take care of deep cleaning the floors, sanitizing the kitchen and bathroom, wiping down furniture, resetting the room layout, and resetting the space for the next booking.
Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that guests leave the space in a respectful, tidy condition. This simply includes placing all disposable food containers, catering waste, and trash into the provided garbage bins, wiping up any major accidental spills, and ensuring the refrigerator is cleared of any leftover items you brought in.
